Job Title:

Construction Product Sales Associate (Must have construction background)

About Company:

We are a steel SIP panel manufacturer with a unique product that is used in commercial and residential construction. We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and motivated Inside Sales Representative with Construction Experience to help grow our Sales team. Knowledge of light gauge steel (LGS) is desired. The Company is willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

– Develop sales leads and converting such leads to customers.
– Oversee and manage the initial stage of projects.
– Coordinate with the customer and architects, contractors, and engineers about projects and requesting additional information as needed.
– Document detailed and accurate lead, customer and project records.
– Explain technical aspects of our product.
– Utilize Monday or other CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
– Generating sales via estimates and updating progress on sales leads.
– Consistent communication with all parties attached to the project.
– Any other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

– Experience in construction material sales.
– Must be able to read residential and commercial blueprints.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
– Ability to effectively market and sell products or services.
– Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships.
– Positive attitude and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year

Experience: Construction sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Radford, VA 24141: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
