Making Sure Your Panels Arrive Safe And On Time!
We do not provide shipping, but we will:
- Provide you with 2-3 shipping quotes to choose from.
- We will coordinate the shipping date(s) and stage your project.
- Once you engage (directly) the shipping company, we will coordinate on your behalf.
- We will provide handling, loading, and crating.
- We will handle shipping documents as bill of lading, customs document etc.
- We will notify the shipping company to have all proper means to assure your panels arrive safe.
- Our loading schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 2pm.
- In the event panels arrive late or damaged, we will assist you in the claims process with the shipping company.
Three last things:
- Please make sure you have the proper labor and means on site (Forklift, time available, etc.) to unload and properly inspect all arriving products in good standing condition.
- ThermaSteel is not responsible for changes in shipping quotes, additional charges, or trucks being late, nor damaged product while in transit, etc.
